Kabul Vocational Training Center

STEP has initiated one of its more ambitious projects, the Kabul Vocational Training Center in the center of Kabul. It serves as a portal of hope for Afghan Youth in Kabul. The center has four main training courses

 • Mobile Phone Repairing

 • Tailoring

 • Computer Learning

 • Solar Technology 

The Center is sponsored by donors in the US. The aim of this project is to make eligible and entrusted individuals empowered and self-sufficient to earn a decent livelihood for themselves and their families. 

Each profession is thought by highly educated and qualified teachers, both in theory and practice, four hours a day, five days a week for six months. 

At the end, each graduate is not only awarded the certificate but also provided with a complete tool kit of the relevant profession.
