Alhamdo Lillah we are so much blessed by Allah SWT that we can’t fully appreciate His blessings. . Our group of volunteers are working very hard to support the mission of STEP to empower communities and reach out to those who are in need. Not everyone is blessed equally , there are millions of people who are starving and are living under poverty line with no basic food and clean water around the world. Our team of volunteers are working in the US and in Afghanistan to identify the needy families and children and provide financial and non-financial support.
If you are interested to contribute to such a cause and be counted among those who are devoting their time and energy only for the sake Allah SWT to please Him by serving His servants, please join STEP Volunteer Team. You can commit to volunteer 1-2 hours a week or up to 4 hours a month.

If you are aspired to gain professional experience to build your professional path and contribute to a mission which brings prosperity to the un-privileged orphans and other children who have been deprived of basic education, STEP is the path for you.
Our internship program offers opportunities for young talented students who are currently pursuing their graduate or undergraduate degrees. We are committed to serve vulnerable families here in the U.S and in Afghanistan. Our group volunteers work around the clock to identify needy families who have children at school age and are unable to attend school due to severe economical obstacles and challenges. If you are devoted to being part of such a team who tries to connect children to their basic needs and support their families to allow their children go school, don’t miss to attend 10-12-week internship program at STEP. You will be provided a certificate of completion at the end of your internship program.
Requirement:
To be eligible for an Internship, candidates must have a school diploma. There is no age limit.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of languages such as: Pashto, Dari and, Arabic is desirable. Other skills such as computing skills are advantageous.

Compensation:
STEP is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization registered with the state of Virginia, Interns are paid a daily stipend to cover their transportation and daily meals only.
